Meet the Constructive management team

Mark Sochan, Chief Executive Officer at Constructive

Mark Sochan

As CEO, Mark is responsible for driving overall corporate strategy and building key strategic partnerships. Before joining Constructive, Mark was the Vice President of Business Development at SAP where he was responsible for the SAP NetWeaver Partner Program and the launch of the SAP Developer Network. Mark holds a BASc of Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

Geoff Mair, Chief Technology Officer at Constructive

Geoff Mair

As CTO, Geoff is responsible for driving the product direction and strategy for the company and manages the development and product management teams. Prior to co-founding Constructive in 1996, he worked in project management at Sitewerks in Seattle. Geoff has a Masters of Science in Journalism (MSJ) from Northwestern University and a BA Philosophy from the University of British Columbia.

Rick Brooks-Hill, Chief Operating Officer at Constructive

Rick Brooks-Hill

Rick manages the company's finance, human resources, legal, resource planning, and client services portfolios. Before joining Constructive, he worked for six years as COO and CFO of Vitesse Learning Inc., one of the fastest growing US companies in 2004 & 2005. Rick has an MBA from University of Toronto and a BAH from Queens University. He is also a CICA Corporate Finance Final Stage Candidate.

David Barron, Vice-President Sales at Constructive

David Barron

As vice-president sales, David is responsible for managing sales performance and sales process for Constructive. Before joining Constructive, he led the sales team at Swerve Design for three years. David has a degree in Honours Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and an International & Language Studies designation from ITESM (Monterrey, Mexico).
