What does working at Partnerpedia look like?Our recruitment process includes 5 steps:
- Resume scan- HR scans all resumes and forwards those that fit the requirements and qualifications of the position post.
- Phone Discussion- Those whose resumes most closely meet the requirements will be contacted to have a discussion with HR. The primary objective of this chat is to gauge your relevant work education and experience, communication skills, personality, and career and life objectives.
- F2F Interview- Candidates who have been chosen to advance to the next round of our recruitment process will come to the office and meet face-to-face with HR, and the team lead and manager of the position for which you are applying. It’s also quite common for the COO, CTO, or CEO to drop by too. This round will focus more on your technical qualifications for the job and may require you to take a short test or complete a take-home assignment.
- F2F Round #2- The most qualified candidates will be asked to return for a 2nd face to face interview and to meet additional team members. Our work culture and climate are important to us. It’s key that new recruits get to know some of our team.
- Reference checks - If you are a top candidate, you will be asked to supply 3 references, all of whom will be called.
