We will accept payments in US Dollars via PayPal's Gateway. We will accept the following credit cards for online payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

The subscription price includes applicable taxes.

All subscriptions are non-refundable.

Your monthly subscription fee will be charged to your credit card monthly in advance.

All sales are final. The service commences immediately when you begin to upload content and you will not have the right to cancel your monthly subscription once the service commences. No refunds for service cancellation prior to the end of the current month.

The subscription is for end user customers only.

Your subscription is subject to your prior acceptance of the terms of any end-user agreements or other terms and conditions required for use.

Our goal is to provide customers with competitive pricing. Your total price includes the product of the subscription and any taxes in effect on the day of subscription. We reserve the right to change prices for subscriptions at any time.

We make every effort to provide a broad and reliable offering. We reserve the right to change options without notice. On occasion, your subscription may be unavailable temporarily and the sole remedy for a denial of service is refund of your subscription fee for the month in which service was denied.

We are not responsible for typographic errors.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. Revised terms of sale will be made available on our website. Customers should revisit our website regularly.

All sales are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada without regard to conflict of laws rules.

If any of these terms are not valid the other terms will not be affected.
